Susannah Bleakley, LMHCA (She/Her)
Susannah is passionate about supporting clients in learning how to live a life they want to live while effectively navigating through life’s difficulties and challenges. She earned an MA in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University and enjoys working with teens, parents, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic mental health issues, life transitions, developmental stages, grief, and intimate and familial relationships. Susannah is committed to creating a judgment free space where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves in all their identities. Her approach to therapy is person-centered and evidence-based. Susannah utilizes tools from Cognitive Therapy (CBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Structural Family Therapy (SFT) and mindfulness practices. Susannah believes counseling should be a collaborative approach between client and therapist working together to identify goals that will foster the unique changes the client desires. “It is an honor and privilege to be allowed into individual’s lives and be a part of their journey.”
Susannah offers a hybrid of in person and telehealth sessions.
