DBT Eastside and associated therapists do not take insurance. Individual session and group fees are charged weekly using the credit card information we have on file. Invoices and superbills will be emailed to you monthly or you can access them using your client portal.

The superbills we provide you may be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement, should your plan allow it. We highly recommend that you check with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling your intake to see if our services are reimbursable. Please note we use the following CPT codes:

• Intake: 90791

• Individual Therapy: 90837

• Group Therapy: 90853

If your insurance requests a Diagnosis Code, we frequently use the below codes; your actual code may differ based on assessment during intake or with your therapist.

• F43.20

• F41.9

Other than DBT Eastside’s scheduled vacation weeks, clients will be charged each week for group during their contract period. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate short-term hospitalizations, camps, family vacations, sport / other activities, etc. as exceptions to our contract and four-miss policy.

Our policy has one exception: if a client moves to long-term, inpatient treatment (30 days+), their contract is put on hold and restarts should the client choose to return to our program. To ensure a hold is placed, the client or their parent / guardian should notify DBT Eastside immediately.

Once you have missed four groups in a row, your contract will be ended and you will no longer be automatically charged for group. After that we will assume that you have dropped out of your DBT Eastside group and you will no longer be on contract. Your individual DBT therapist will evaluate on an individual basis if they will continue to work with you. Phone coaching benefits will discontinue.

Rates for individual and group sessions are subject to change at any time. Notification of any changes will be communicated to clients at the earliest possibly opportunity.

• Intake: $350 (1-2 hours)

• Individual Session: $175 (50 minutes)

• Group Sessions:

Adult Group $120 per group (90 minutes)

Teen Group $100 per group (90 minutes)

Parent / Affected Others Groups: $100 per group per parental unit (90 minutes)
