Why Refer to DBT Eastside

We value the relationship we have with outside providers, whether they be psychiatrists, therapists/counselors, nutritionists, or other health professionals. If you are a provider finding that you are wanting additional support in treating high risk behaviors such as self-harm or suicidal ideation/behaviors/attempts, we can help you figure out whether DBT services could be beneficial to your client. Whether you are looking to refer your client to our Gold Standard program or are interested in them participating in our skills group, give us a call at 425-615-0605 and let us know how we can be of service. Our team works hard to create long-term collaborative working relationships with other providers in our community.

Outside Therapist

We are here to support you and your client. We treat adults, teens, and support families, affected others, and caregivers through the DBT process.

We offer three engagement options:

  • If you and your client would like to maintain your therapy relationship, you may refer them to DBT Eastside’s Skills group. To do so, please have your client call our intake line for a group intake appointment. As the referring therapist, please also call the intake line to have a referral form securely emailed to you.

  • If you or your client would like to transfer their full care to DBT Eastside, please have your client call our intake line to schedule their intake. No forms from you are required.

  • You may elect for a 1:1 consultation between a DBT Eastside therapist and yourself to orient you as to DBT’s approach, methodologies, or training. Consultation starts at $175 per hour but may vary based on your orientation needs. To inquire about availability, please use our contact page and a representative will get back to you in 36 to 48 hours.
