Rachael Harper, MA, LMHC (She/Her)

Rachael is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and provides DBT therapy. Rachael is currently training in Radically-Open DBT (RO-DBT). She enjoys teaching DBT and RO-DBT Adult groups. Rachael has been practicing mindfulness for over 20 years and believes mindfulness is the core skill of DBT, allowing for the awareness we need to practice emotion regulation, interpersonal, and distress tolerance skills. Rachael’s passion is providing support and collaborating with clients to help them gain a sense of safety, confidence, self-compassion, and connection.
