Jamila is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and provides DBT therapy to tweens, adolescents, and adults. Jamila is a co-leader for the adult and teen skills training groups. She also works with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance use. Jamila is passionate about helping people reach their emotional potential, obtain balance, happiness, and live a life worth living.
Jamila offers a hybrid of telehealth and in person sessions.
